Our Process
We use hot water extraction (commonly referred to as steam cleaning) via both truck mount and portable cleaning units. We are highly aware of the issues surrounding chemical use in the home, and are very cautious when choosing the products we use. We put new products through a series of safety tests, and are careful to use products that are safe for you, your family, and pets.
Carpets
Many home owners aren’t aware that periodic professional carpet cleaning is required in order to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll take care of routine carpet cleaning, spot and stain removal, and carpet deodorizing.
Area Rugs
We can remove your area rugs from your home and transport them to our shop for cleaning, or we can take care of them right in your home. Contrary to popular belief, area rugs can be professionally cleaned in-home, with no harm done to the hardwood or laminate flooring beneath.
Upholstery
Odours from pets, smoke, and other sources can embed into furniture upholstery. Our process deodorizes and restores the look of your furniture and refreshes the smell of your home.
Small-Flood Damage Restoration
In the incident of water damage to your carpet, we take care of the removal of water and related flood material, as well as the cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing of affected areas. We also ensure that both the carpet and structure are properly dried down.
